By booking or staying with us, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.

1. Reservations & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A valid credit/debit card is required.
• Non-refundable bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in/late check-out may incur extra charges and are subject to availability.
• Valid photo ID is required at check-in.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds depend on your booking rate plan.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

4. Guest Conduct

• Respect staff, guests, and property.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated areas (₹[Amount] fine for violations).
• Illegal activities may lead to eviction without a refund.

5. Liability & Damages

• The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
• Guests are liable for damages to hotel property.

6. Children & Extra Guests

• Children under [Age] stay free with parents (subject to room capacity).
• Extra beds/cribs are available for a fee.

7. Pets

• Pets are not allowed (except service animals, with prior approval).

8. Facilities

• Use of facilities (pool, spa, etc.) is subject to hotel rules and operational hours.

• The hotel is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters).
